General Specifications
  • Standard volume - 50 microliters. Other dispense volumes are available as specials.
  • Accuracy of pumped volume: ±3% or ±10% depending on part number. Accuracy is measured at The Lee Company with zero Total Static Head. See chart below for the effect of Static Head on accuracy. Total Static Head range is -30 to +30 inches of water.
  • Repeatability of pumped volume (precision) - ±2%
  • Coefficient of Variation (CV) - ±0.3%
  • Maximum case pressure: 5 psig (.3 bar)
  • Maximum operating frequency is 2 Hz. Running the pump at higher frequencies will effect
    the pumped volume but will not harm the pump.
  • Wetted materials are PEEK and FCR. EPDM is available as an alternative elastomer.
  • Mount the pump using two #2 x 7/8" (or 2 mm x 22mm) screws and torque to 10-15 oz-in (.07-.10 N-m).
