Custom manifold products are intended for customers who want to integrate various sub-components into a logical sub-systemoptimized to fit their OEM requirements. Simplicity and benefits are derived without the need to "reinvent the wheel". We offer expertise in the best application of Lee valves, fittings and flow control components. We also integrate "outside" components as required. We can complete a project to a production configuration from nearly any stage of development; initial concept, or a detailed design.
Design capabilities:
- From simple conventionally machined manifolds to complex multi-layer laminated designs
- Incorporation of fluid control components from LEE and other non-LEE components such as pressure sensors required in the system
- Pneumatics and Liquids, vacuum and low pressure applications (less than 100PSIG)
- Electrical connector and printed circuit board integration
- Functional test and validation services
- Maintenance and repair services
Manifold materials:
- Plastics: Acrylic, Polysulfone, PEEK, PVC, others
- Metals: Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Brass others
Cost:
Simple non-laminated manifolds are generally priced at the cost of components plus 30%. More complex manifolds are quoted per requirements. All manifold pricing is intended to provide excellent "installed cost" value to our customers.
