156 MINSTAC - Tube Fitting System
for leakproof .156" OD tubing connections



MINSTAC, The Lee Company's Miniature Inert System of Tubing and Components, offers the ability to precisely control flow rate, pressure, filtration, atomization, and other performance factors of aggressive fluids.

The basis of the Lee MINSTAC System is the unique Collet-Lock system, which provides a leak proof connection from Teflon® tubing to the wide range of MINSTAC components and fittings, all without problems from Teflon's® cold flow characteristics.

The 156 MINSTAC fitting system is for use with .156" OD Teflon® tubing and uses a 1/4-28 UNF fitting end. This system also utilizes an internally threaded collet sleeve that grips the outer diameter of the Teflon® tubing end, preventing cold flow. The chamfered end of the tubing is pressed against one end of the ferrule by the collet. The other end is pressed against the sealing surface in the boss by the coupling screw.
