Job Description:

The Lee Company is looking for an additional team member focused on Marketing Analytics & Campaign Support to join its team in Westbrook, CT. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about contributing to impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a mix of technical skills, creativity, and strong communication abilities. The role will be responsible for supporting several projects at a time, so having the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively will be essential.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably focusing on B2B marketing.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, campaign tracking, marketing automation, CRM data management, and digital platform integrations.
  • Knowledge of and experience with inbound marketing, social media marketing, SEO, and email campaigns.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Bing & Google Ads, a plus.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Analytics & Campaign Support

  • Set up campaign tracking and performance dashboards using Looker Studio and Power BI; monitor campaign progress and deliver ongoing and post-campaign performance reviews with actionable insights.
  • Assist in developing data-driven SEO, UX, and PPC strategies for multi-channel marketing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Build and manage segmented marketing lists in HubSpot to support targeted campaign strategies.
  • Manage HubSpot lead scoring models and reports on engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Develop and maintain custom properties, forms, and calls-to-action (CTAs) within HubSpot to support campaign tracking, segmentation, and data collection.
  • Support the integration of dashboards with third-party platforms and tools to ensure seamless data synchronization and reporting.
  • Maintain tracking link documentation for campaigns, reporting on asset performance with due granularity.
  • Provide marketing technology support for platform integrations and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Assist in managing Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Search Console, including the technical implementation and testing of new web tags.
  • Monitor and report on Core Web Vitals, including page load speed, 404 errors, and overall site health.
  • Manage OneTrust Privacy Management tools, including cookie tracking updates and privacy policy compliance.

CRM & Data Management

  • Connect leads to sales outcomes and evaluate campaign ROI over multi-year sales cycles.
  • Support CRM integration initiatives and maintain data hygiene across marketing systems.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide support for additional marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed.
