HDI® – The High Density Interface Platform of Control Solenoid Valves

The High Density Interface (HDI) control solenoid valve is a 7 mm compact and lightweight design making it the ideal solution for applications where a large number of valves must be designed into the smallest space possible. Available in 2-port and 3-port configurations, HDI Solenoid Valves enable designers to meet critical system-level performance requirements without making compromises. Whether you’re looking for low power consumption, low leakage or quiet operation, the HDI valve is your solution that provides unmatched reliability.

Key Highlights
  • Compact & lightweight
  • Conventional, latching & quiet operation models
  • Low power consumption

LHD Series

LHD Series valves are compact, 7 mm control solenoid valves that offer superior performance across an extensive cycle life. With a flow capacity of up to 450 Lohms, power as low as 550 mW, and leakage less than 50 µLPM, these valves maximize control performance without compromising reliability.

LHL Series

LHL Series valves are compact, 7 mm magnetically latched control solenoid valves that feature ultra-low power consumption (as low as 5.5 mJ/switch) and low heat dissipation. Ideal for battery-powered applications flowing air or gas, these valves require only momentary pulses (10-30 ms) of current to switch to and remain in each flow state. While being held in a specific flow state for an extended period of time, these valves don’t consume power, generate heat, or produce electrical noise. In addition, LHL Series valves provide reliable bi-stable switching performance in the smallest footprint possible.

LHQ Series

LHQ Series valves are compact, 7 mm quiet operation control solenoid valves that feature whisper technology to reduce actuation noise. When a typical solenoid valve is energized, there is an inherent clicking sound caused by the metal-to-metal contact of the moving armature and stationary core. With a low sound profile that is 50% quieter (≤ 37 dBA) than our already best-in-class LHD Series solenoid valve, this reliable design is ideal for bedside applications flowing air or gas.
