Westbrook, CT | Full Time

Job Description:

As Graphic Designer, you will work collaboratively with the marketing and communications teams and outside agencies to design content including layouts, templates, and illustrations. You will play an important role in shaping the creative look of our marketing materials, trade show graphics, advertising, presentations, and much more. We are looking for a dynamic team player with excellent attention to detail who can support our highly collaborative, cross-functional team as we grow and continue to take on exciting new initiatives. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of graphic design experience.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop required. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro along with the ability to produce animations and realistic-looking illustrations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of typography, design principles, and brand guidelines.
  • Familiarity with the specifications required for print and digital content.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, execute creative on schedule, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project and marketing teams to create graphics while ensuring brand consistency, correct file management, etc.
  • Design print and digital ads, trade show and web graphics, and marketing materials including product data sheets, infographics, brochures, and handbooks.
  • Organize, maintain, and update a library of design files for all marketing content.
  • Concept and/or source photography, vector images, and other graphics as needed.
  • Resizing materials including print and digital ads for routine ad placements.
  • Work with printers to ensure materials are produced correctly and on schedule.
  • Provide design support to other teams including digital marketing, human resources, engineering, and our subsidiaries.
