CNC Machinists at The Lee Company create complex machined parts working with part drawings, job layouts, and specifications to perform operations that include drilling, milling, turning, grinding, and facing. Setting up and operating high-tech machines, they work from detailed instructions using standard coding, in a state of the art, air-conditioned environment, utilizing cutting edge technology.
CNC Programmers at The Lee Company program CNC Lathes, Swiss lathes, and Mills with current machining processes. They also develop new machining processes for overnight continuous runs and work with and develop Robotic automation process.
Tool/Model Makers at The Lee Company are a vital role in a multidisciplinary team that supports production machining operations and engineering with existing and new product development. The position requires a driven person with a desire to create precise models and tooling for the fabrication of precision fluid control components.
The Automation Controls Engineer is integral to the design, commissioning, and continued support of automated assembly and test equipment. Ideal candidates will have a well-rounded knowledge of the design of automated manufacturing systems and a strong ability to program Allen-Bradley PLCs to interface with robots, servos, solenoid valves, vision systems, process control sensors, conveyors, and other components. Close attention to detail and drive to build on and improve existing systems is required as we develop new and innovative ways to accelerate our manufacturing capabilities.

This role is regularly collaborating with design and manufacturing engineering, production planning, quality control, sales and marketing. You will collaborate with field sales worldwide to create customer proposals across a range of products and markets and communicate customer requirements to design engineers developing new or customized products.
Drafter/PDM Admins at The Lee Company work in an engineering environment to develop detailed design documentation for manufacturing. Create and document designs according to engineering and/or customer specifications.
