Our valves provide engineered solutions for adaptive flow control, including precise control to specific cold-plate zones. This helps overcome common challenges such as uneven cooling, overcooling and hot spot mitigation – without sacrificing system-level performance requirements.

Each valve is compact for integration within the server tray at the chip level. It can be placed directly within a cold plate or an inline manifold to interface with existing cold plate designs and has a scalable architecture that supports  high volume production.
