Variable Volume Dispense Pumps for Light Industrial Applications

Variable Volume Pumps for Maintenance-Free Performance

Variable volume dispense pumps are stepper motor-driven designs providing full dispense volumes ranging from 50 to 3000 µL. Lee variable volume pumps use a unique drivetrain design to aspirate a fluid volume accurately and then dispense that fluid volume out in smaller increments. These pumps are available in a single seal or dual seal configuration for improved sealing performance when flowing aggressive fluids. Each pump is equipped with a home sensor to establish the end of stroke position. In some models, an optical motor encoder is included for applications requiring feedback on piston movement.

LPD Series

LPD Series variable volume dispense pumps meet the demands of challenging applications and offer consistent long-term performance and reliability in a maintenance-free design. These stepper motor-driven positive displacement pumps are available in standard dispense volumes of 50, 250, 1000, and 3000 µL. Featuring a 1/4-28 port connection and a single seal design, these pumps dispense a volume resolution of 0.1 µL per step increment. The standard model is equipped with a home sensor, whereas the high-performance model includes a home sensor and optical motor encoder. Our LPD pumps can be customized for various performance characteristics, feedback options, and port head materials.

LPV Series

LPV Series pumps offer unparalleled reliability and performance together with greater design flexibility. These stepper motor-driven positive displacement pumps are available in standard dispense volumes of 50, 250, 750, 1000, and 3000 µL. Our LPV pumps are offered in specialized configurations, including manifold mounted and flushable dual seal designs. The manifold mount style can be easily integrated into module designs together with our fluid control components. In contrast, the dual seal design comes with 1/4-28 ported connections and provides a secondary seal to improve sealing performance when flowing aggressive fluids. Both designs are equipped with a home sensor to establish the end of the stroke, and an optical motor encoder is included for applications requiring feedback on piston movement.
