Check Valves for Medical Equipment

Fast and Easy Installation for Medical Equipment Applications

Medical equipment manufacturers need reliable, low-cost components that can be easily installed using manual or automated processes. Lee check valves deliver on this requirement, performing as designed throughout the entire life of the product. Lee check valves are always 100% tested for performance before delivery, eliminating the need for rework. Their high-quality seats provide leak-tight operation, resulting in superior system performance, long life, and a higher-quality product. Lastly, our guided ball designs provide fast response times and low hysteresis. With these qualities, our valves will give your system the consistent, long-term performance your customers demand.

Meanwhile, Lee check valves are designed to conform with existing automated and manual assembly workflows. The simple one-piece, cartridge-style design installs without threads, O-rings, or adhesive. Our integral retention features ensure that our check valves will stay where they’re put without complex installation. This means that you can take advantage of our high-quality product design, which will enhance the quality of your finished goods and help you enjoy faster throughput and improved time to market.

Insert Style Check Valves

Designed for metal housings, insert style check valves feature an integral locking end that provides secure retention and prevents bypass leakage, making installation simple without the need for threads, sealants, or O-rings.

Standard versions are available in 5.5 mm and 8.0 mm diameters with both forward and reverse configurations. Their all stainless steel construction makes them ideal for aggressive fluids and gases. They can also be purchased with an integral safety screen to mitigate contamination or a ceramic ball design for aggressive environments. Additionally, our side exit variations offer unparalleled design flexibility.

Press-In Style Check Valves

Designed for installation into plastic housings, fittings, and soft tubing, our press-in style check valves will match our insert check valves for ease of installation. Their unique barbed design ensures retention and prevents bypass leakage. Additionally, their all stainless steel construction and optional ceramic ball configurations make them ideal for aggressive fluids and gases. Our 316L Press-In Check Valve comes with a ceramic ball and is ideal for medical device applications. The 2.5 mm Press-In Check Valve fits into many common plastic medical fittings. Lastly, our new 855 LC2 Series Press-In Check Valve offers more than a 65% increase in flow capacity over our previous 8.0 mm valve design.
