8.0mm Press-in Safety Screens are “last chance” safety screens designed to protect critical fluid control components against rogue contamination. These screens are specifically designed for installation into plastic housings and fittings and utilize our unique barbed design that provides easy press-in installation ensuring retention. The screens use stainless steel woven wire mesh, bonded together using a proprietary process that offers superior integrity and life. Their all 300 series stainless steel construction provides compatibility with a wide range of fluids and gases. They are available in a range of micron ratings from 4 to 170 microns.

The Lee Company has developed the Lohm Laws for defining and measuring resistance to fluid flow. The Lohm is defined such that 1 Lohm will flow 100 GPM of water with a pressure drop of 25 psi at a temperature of 80°F.
