Nanoliter Accuracy for Diagnostics Applications

Dispensing valves, as their name suggests, are designed to dispense small amounts of fluid. Our dispensing valves are offered in a 2-way, normally closed, axial flow configuration that can be used in any application where microliter to nanoliter accuracy matters.

VHS Series

VHS Series valves are state-of-the-art dispensing solenoid valves featuring chemically inert materials and providing ideal drop-on-demand performance. With response times as fast as 250 μs, and droplets as small as 10 nanoliters, these valves can perform at a frequency as high as 1 kHz. The high-speed operation of these valves enables the accurate metering and regulation of fluid flow. Offered with integrated precision orifices or with our MINSTAC® connectors to attach a dispensing nozzle, these valves can be easily integrated into new and existing dispensing systems.

IEP Series

IEP Series solenoid valves are designed to perform consistently under conditions far more demanding than typical high-speed dispensing applications. Featuring all stainless-steel construction, these robust valves can reliably operate at pressures up to 800 psig and ambient temperatures as high as 275°F. Furthermore, IEP valves offer response times as fast as 500 μs and can generate droplets at a frequency as high as 500 Hz. This high-speed operation also enables these valves to accurately meter and regulate fluid flow, acting as a replacement for some pressure regulators. In addition, the valve’s inlet and outlet ports can be connected to many available fitting systems.
