Lee PEEK HI-BAR Safety Screens are made entirely from PEEK (PolyEtherEtherKetone), a high performance engineering thermoplastic with excellent chemical resistance and superior mechanical properties. Depending on size, these lightweight, high strength polymer screens feature a robust, single-piece construction that can withstand pressure differentials from 350 psid to 1000 psid without rupture. These PEEK HI-BAR safety screens are available in a wide range of standard hole sizes from 75 to 500 micron. Lee Flange Mount HI-BAR Safety Screens incorporate a simple, flange mounting configuration and are available in six flange sizes ranging from 0.130″ to 0.670″ in diameter.

The Lee Company has developed the Lohm Laws for defining and measuring resistance to fluid flow. The Lohm is defined such that 1 Lohm will flow 100 GPM of water with a pressure drop of 25 psi at a temperature of 80°F.
