The Disc Pump is a revolutionary, ultrasonic, pneumatic piezoelectric micropump that generates pressure or vacuum in a small, silent, vibration-free form factor and delivers highly accurate, ultra-smooth flow control. Designed for conditions that maximize pump life, the LT Series Disc Pump can exceed 17,000 hours of continuous operation before the onset of performance degradation. The pump will continue to operate beyond this point at a reduced performance level. The LT Series Disc Pump can be mounted as a Smart Pump Module that includes integrated drive electronics and pressure sensing, acting as a pump and pressure regulator solution all-in-one. These pumps are ideal for applications in medical devices, life sciences, and environmental monitoring, including microfluidics, pipetting, wearable devices, and portable sensing technologies.

The Lee Company has developed the Lohm Laws for defining and measuring resistance to fluid flow. The Lohm is defined such that 1 Lohm will flow 100 GPM of water with a pressure drop of 25 psi at a temperature of 80°F.
Always verify flow calculations by experiment.
